Hot Springs, Arkansas has been attracting visitors for decades. Its popularity hasn't diminished in spite of all the outdoor activities and water sports available in the area. Hot Springs is located in the Diamond Lakes Region of the Ouachita Mountains, where outdoor recreation includes camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, hunting and water sports. With so much to do and see, it can be hard gathering enough information to plan that great vacation. There are numerous public campgrounds in the Hot Springs area, which include: Degray Lake State Park, Lake Catherine State Park, Lake Ouchita State Park and lots of USACE campgrounds around the lakes. All these campgrounds and more can be viewed on the Hot Springs campground map.
