BBQ Pork Loin
A camping recipe from David. This tasty dish requires some advance preparation at home, but very little work to serve it up at the campground.

Baby Back Ribs
A camping recipe from David. Baby Back Ribs are a fravorite on the grill. For camping, marinate the ribs overnight, pat them dry before applying a dry rub, and store them in a Ziploc in your cooler until you're ready to grill. They are grilled dry and bbq sauce is applied when served.

Barbecued Pork Hocks
A camping recipe from Hotshot. An excellent alternative to common meats. The skin is good too, reminding me of the crackling my mother used to come up with on her pork roasts years ago. You don't need any bbq sauce.

Bean and Bacon Stew
A camping recipe from Alan. This recipe is ideal for a cold day's camping, very filling.

Cuban Pork
A camping recipe from Tere. This is a true Taino Indian recipe from Cuba, which belonged to my grandmother.

Dry Rub Ribs
A camping recipe from David. The weekend weather was perfect for grilling. I barbecued some baby back ribs using a dry rub.

Dutch Oven Ham Casserole
A camping recipe from Michelle Kringen. This casserole is good for breakfast or dinner. It is sort of like a quiche but not so eggy.

Dutch Oven Pork Roast
A camping recipe from Carrie. The pork roast doesn't have to be fancy or expensive, as it will be slow cooked to spoon-tenderness.

Ham
A camping recipe from Kelly Harbert. This recipe is easy, quick, and so much better than the usual hotdogs and hamburgers most campers have for dinner.

Ham Salad Spread
A camping recipe from David. Tired of lunch meat sandwiches? Try this simple recipe for ham salad. You can make it ahead of time at home. Keep refrigerated until you go camping. I prefer using sugar-cured or honey baked ham. I don't recommend using country ham. I think it's too salty.

Hearty Pork and Beans
A camping recipe from David. You'll need two Dutch ovens and plenty of time to prepare this crowd pleaser.

Pretty Good Pork
A camping recipe from Momcat. Pretty good pork loin, made in a Dutch oven, makes four hearty servings.

Pulled Pork Barbecue
A camping recipe from David. There are many variations of making this traditional southern delicacy, and they are all good. However, if you are into Dutch oven cooking, you might like to try this slow-cook method at the campground.

Pulled Pork Ribs
A camping recipe from GreyGhost. Might be slow cooking, but set it up in the morning and come back at dinner time. Very easy to make and not a lot to do to prepare it either.
