A camping recipe from David. This tart tropical treat is a fantastic dessert that can easily be prepared at the campground using a 12-inch Dutch oven.

Ingredients:
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 5 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie shell
Preparation:
Mix the beaten egg yolks and canned milk, then gradually stir in the key lime juice until well blended. Add or subtract key lime juice depending on the amount of tartness that you prefer. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker pie shell and bake in a 350º Dutch oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the pie and let cool.
After cooling, cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in an ice chest to set. After it's well chilled, slice and serve it up with some whipped cream and a hot cup of coffee.
