Vickie's Stew

A camping recipe from Vickie Risso. You can add any veggie you like. Serve with rice or potato. For marinade I use Grill Creations.

Prep Time: 1 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 package marinade sauce
  • 1 each green, yellow, red peppers, in small pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, sliced

Preparation:

Marinate beef, saving the marinade. When ready to cook, take a large piece of foil and add all ingredients, with 1/2 cup of marinade sauce. Fold foil together flat; then add another piece of foil, folding it over the first one. Cook on the grill for about 45 minutes or until done.

Servings: 4 - 6
Preparation time: 1 hour
