A camping recipe from Hotshot. An excellent alternative to common meats. The skin is good too, reminding me of the crackling my mother used to come up with on her pork roasts years ago. You don't need any bbq sauce.
Cook Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- pork hocks, depending on the number of diners
Preparation:
Boil the pork hocks for 1 hour. Place on a medium-hot grill and rotate every 10 minutes. Brush on bbq sauce if desired. (I don't use it personally.) Continue cooking until the skin is crispy.
Servings: 1 per person
