A camping recipe from Vickie. You decide how spicy you would like this.
Prep Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Preparation:
Peel back husks from corn and remove strings. Leave a few layers of husk on corn. Spread butter or margarine over each ear and sprinkle Cajun seasoning lightly over each ear, or to taste. Fold husks back over corn and wrap in foil. Place on grill for 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Unwrap foil, peel back husks and ENJOY.

Servings: 6
