By David Sweet, About.com

A camping recipe from K9s4moi. This is a recipe you can make ahead at home and just put on the grill when you get to the campground.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • canned corn (drained)
  • cooked rice
  • Carving Board Chicken Strips
  • canned black beans (not drained)
  • tomato salsa (I prefer Herdez Hot)
  • salsa verde, green salsa
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients, spoon and seal into aluminum foil packets. Seal well and put into Ziploc bags to keep water out while stored in your cooler. At the campground, just place over the grill or campfire to heat.

Servings: as needed
Preparation time: 15 minutes
