Be the first to A camping recipe from Beth. I ran out of graham crackers for S'mores, and decided upon this concoction. Well, my family liked them just as much, if not better. You know you can't go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- coconut cookie bars
- peanut butter
- chocolate bars (i.e. Hershey's brand)
- roasted marshmallows or marshmallow crème
Preparation:
Spread peanut butter on a coconut cookie bar. Place piece of chocolate bar on top of peanut butter. Place roasted marshmallow or spread marshmallow crème on top of chocolate bar, and top with a coconut cookie bar. Similar to S'mores, but these are "Can't get e'nuffs!"
