A camping recipe from Tesa. This snack can be made ahead of time and kept chilled in your ice chest.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 cup green olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1 2.5-ounce package dried beef, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation:
Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients together and chill at least two hours. Serve with crackers.
Servings: 4-8
