Ingredients:
- 1 pound loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chilies
- 1 cup diced ham
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes, stir into the egg/milk mixture, and let soak for 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into non-stick muffin tins sprayed with PAM. We cook this in a box oven for 25-30 minutes. In a medium size box oven I use 12-15 charcoal briquettes.
