A camping recipe from Heather. I got this recipe from my mother-in-law, but I added the smoked sausage. It is also good as a side dish without the meat. Just add in the vegetables, butter, and seasoning. It's good both ways.
Prep Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 package smoked sausage
- 1 large onion
- 1 can corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, soft
Preparation:
Cut onion in slices and pull apart. Open corn and green beans and drain juice. Mix all ingredients together well. Add seasoning salt and garlic powder. Divide onto five sheets of aluminum foil, fold up packets, and cook on grill or over campfire.Servings: 4-5
