A camping recipe from Vickie. You can use any type of berries that you want. I use sugar-free cake, nonfat yogurt, and whipped cream. Everybody loves it.

Ingredients:
- 1 small package fresh strawberries
- 1 16-ounce container strawberry yogurt
- 1 12-ounce container whipped cream
- 1 angel food cake
Preparation:
Cut cake in half. Put bottom half in a bowl. Layer cake with half the yogurt and half the whipped cream. Cut up the strawberries and put as many as you like on the whipped cream. Next add top of cake and repeat. Sometimes I add bananas with the strawberries.
Servings: 6-8
