A camping recipe from Dee. This meal uses only one frying pan for clean up.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 dozen eggs
- 5 potatoes
- 1 Vidalia onion
- cheese, peppers, etc. (optional)
Preparation:
Cook bacon. While bacon is cooking cut up potatoes and onion. Remove bacon, add potatoes and onion to pan, and cook until done. When potatoes and onions are done remove and drain on paper towel. Add egg mixture to pan, add bacon (broken up), potatoes and onion. Mix and cook until eggs are done.
Servings: 6
