Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6-8 slices thick bread
- maple syrup
- butter or margarine
Preparation:
Start your campstove and warm a skillet over medium heat. While the skillet is warming, beat eggs, milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture and use a fork to turn the bread over to coat both sides. Place coated bread on the hot skillet and cook until done, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate and serve with butter or margarine and maple syrup.Servings: 3-4
