A camping recipe from Gabriella. I came up with this idea for a camping trip with my youth group. We didn't have a lot of time to plan meals, and we wanted to do something simple for breakfast that didn't require a lot of cleanup. This dish is fun because everyone can make their own and, it tastes delicious.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 20-ounce tubs of vanilla yogurt
- 3 cups diced strawberries
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 large bag of grapes
- 3 cups diced kiwi
- chopped nuts
Preparation:
Mix all the fruit together in a large bowl. Put a one inch layer of yogurt on the bottom of a clear plastic cup. Next add 1/4 cup of fruit followed by another layer of yogurt. Continue adding layers until the cup is full. You can add some chopped nuts of your choice to the top. It's fun to use clear plastic cups so you can see the layers.Servings: 15
