Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5-6 large red potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3-4 cubes chicken bullion
- Mrs. Dash
- 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups water
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Clean potatoes and cut into cubes with the skin on. Boil water with the bullion cubes and set aside. Prepare aluminum foil by folding each end three times to make a canoe look. Fill with potatoes, water mixture, sliced butter and seasonings. Fold top to seal and place on grill for 25 minutes. Open top and use canoe as a bowl, or place potatoes into a heat resistant bowl.Servings: 6-8
