Be the first to A camping recipe from David. This recipe was a chocolate experiment that resulted in some very tasty pancakes.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 package hot chocolate mix
- 2 tablespoons pecan chips
- water
- butter
- maple syrup
Preparation:
For this recipe, I use box pancake mix that needs only water and Swiss Miss individual hot chocolate packs. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, chocolate mix and pecans with enough water to make a batter. Make pancakes in a hot lightly greased skillet. Cook like you would any pancake and serve with butter and maple syrup.
Servings: 6-8 pancakes
