By David Sweet, About.com

A camping recipe from Ann Johnson. A friend fixed the corn this way and when I tasted it I asked what she did different to get this flavor. It was the best corn on the cob flavor I have ever had. I love cream cheese so this is a great way to have a great flavor.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 0 hour, 0 minute
Ingredients:
  • 6 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
Preparation:
Take the softened butter and cream cheese and blend together well. Slather each ear of corn with this mixture and wrap in heavy duty tin foil. Wrap it so it will seal. Cook on the grill or on the coals for about 20 minutes turning occasionally.

Servings: 6
Preparation time: 20 minutes
