A camping recipe from Larry Wallace. My mother cooked this recipe for my family when we camped at the river each summer. Now my wife and I fix it for our six children when we camp, and they love it as much as we did.
Prep Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 large cans of Campbell's vegetable soup
Preparation:
Brown the ground beef, drain off the excess fat, and stir in the two cans of soup. Add two cans of water as directed on the label. Let this simmer for a while on the campstove or over the campfire.
