A camping recipe from Greg. I used this recipe all the time when I was a scoutmaster, and I couldn't grill them fast enough to keep up with the demand.
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- frozen chicken tenders, at least 2 per person
- bottle of Italian salad dressing
Preparation:
Place frozen tenders into Ziploc plastic bag that is large enough to hold the tenders and the dressing. The morning before the evening that you are eating, take them out of the cooler, open the bag and pour in the dressing. Place in the cooler on top, and they should defrost by the evening. Start the grill and let the coals cool a little to a moderate temperature. Place tenders on the grill and after about two minutes on a side, they should be done.
