A camping recipe from David. This slaw keeps well in your cooler for a few days, so you can prepare this ahead of time at home. However, once it is tasted it won't last long.

Ingredients:
- 2 10-ounce packages shredded cabbage
- 1 10-ounce package shredded carrots
- 1 small bunch radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 jar Marzetti's Poppyseed Dressing
- salt and pepper, to taste
- croutons
Preparation:
In a large bowl, toss cabbage, carrots, radishes, walnuts and cranberries. Add dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish each serving with a few rings of red onion and some croutons.
Servings: 8 - 12
