A camping recipe from Marsha. Camp Kabobs are easy and mess free. The kids like eating them too, because they're fun to eat. Bake potatoes directly in the fire, add some bread and you've got a meal.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lb. sirlion tips (can use beef stew cut meat)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • lemon

Preparation:

Simply cut chicken and beef up into pieces, slice up onion and bell peppers, place on kabob sticks and squeeze lemon over kabobs right before grilling.

Servings: 8

Oh, YUM!!!!, Member orangecamper

These were fantastic!!!! Easy, relatively mess free. And I got to make the BF (who can cook a mean frozen pizza, but not much else) put together and cook his own. DEFINATELY making these again!
