Ingredients:
- 1 large avacodo
- 1 16-ounce container plain yogurt
- 1 tomato
- fresh cilantro
- tortilla chips
Preparation:
Peel and remove skin from avacodo. Remove seed. Finely chop cilantro and dice tomato. Place ingredients in mixing bowl and mash until avacodo becomes a smooth paste. Add yogurt and mix well. Chill for 30 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips.
