Ingredients:
- turkey legs
- poultry rub
Preparation:
Wash and dry the turkey legs. Rub the legs with any poultry rub available. The rub can be left on from 20 minutes to overnight. Use a low to moderate heat on grill, and cook the turkey legs at least two hours, turning occasionally.
comments: Legs can be prepared ahead of time and frozen for later use
