A camping recipe from Sophie Mayer. It's so nice, if you do it properly.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- sprig of mint
Preparation:
First wash the berries. For each smoothie, mix 1/4 cup of blackberries together with half a glass of milk and a nice dollop of vanilla ice cream. Then garnish with a sprig of mint (optional) for a delicious smoothie.
