A camping recipe from Larry Reed. This is an excellent recipe for anyone who is on a salt restricted diet, but it is tasty enough that everybody will enjoy it. You will not miss the salt.

Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground venison (or lean ground beef)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 package William's Chili Seasoning
- 3 cans salt free tomatoes
- 1 red or green sweet pepper, chopped
Preparation:
Brown the ground meat in a large fry pan using a little olive oil in pan. Add Williams Chili Seasoning packet. One packet for two pounds size. Add onions and peppers and cook until soft. Add 3 12-ounce cans salt free diced tomatoes. Stir occasionally. Best served with hot beer bread.
