A camping recipe from Robyn Sleeper. We always used our last can of green beans, last eggs and last of the cheese, and any onion leftovers to lighten our pack loads and give us a hearty meal for the long trek home.

Ingredients:
- eggs
- can of green beans
- cheese
- onion, chopped (optional)
- butter
Preparation:
If using an onion, chop and saute in butter until soft. If not using onion, just use the butter. Add can of green beans to butter or cooked onions, heat until hot. Add eggs beaten with a bit of milk or water and some pepper. Cook like scrambled eggs. When eggs are cooked, sprinkle cheese over all and cover to melt cheese.
