A camping recipe from Utah Bartley. This recipe is great for getting a burger that's good for different size eaters from small kids to 'put some more on there' eaters. Make two pans, one for those that like x ingredient and one for those that don't.

Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- ground beef
- chopped onions, optional
- salsa, optional
- sliced mushrooms, optional
- pickles, optional
- cooked bacon, optional
- shredded cheese
- hamburger buns
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Put ground beef in a pan and cook to about 1/2 desired doneness, then add any optional ingredients (except the cheese) and finish cooking. Add shredded cheese and cover until cheese is melted. Prep your buns as desired with mayo or mustard (or whatever you like), then scoop out as much scram burger onto your bun as you like.
