A camping recipe from Rivergal. There were usually 6 of us camping, 2 adults and 4 children. This was a quick way to cook the eggs and still have an extra pan for bacon or ham or griddle for pancakes or whatever.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 9 minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- butter
- 12 section cupcake pan
Preparation:
Put a pat of butter in each section, and add 1 raw egg. Set on grill or edge of campfire or on the coals. If on campfire or coals, turn occasionally. Eggs are done when firm on top.
Servings: 6-12
