A camping recipe from Valerie. When I made this, I used a 3-quart stainless steel pot over a campfire. You could cook the noodles with the meat stuffs, if you add 3/4 cup of water or broth. I have two kids that will only eat plain noodles, so I cook the whole bag seperately and give them some before adding them to the meat mixture. Also doing it this way you don't overcook the noodles.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter
- 1 can Progresso vegetable soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 bag noodles
Preparation:
Brown ground beef and onions in butter. Add soup and Potel tomatoes. Cook. Meanwhile, cook noodles in another pot. When noodles are done, mix with meat mixture and serve.
