We have been kicked out on Jun 10, 2011, with two kids!!!!! I reserved with a rep via phone in the KOA reservation center. I discussed with the rep and picked up a tent site several days before the trip. At the MOAb KOA site, the office lady said we did wrong on reservation because the reserved site is not for tent. She blamed me why I used the reservation center instead of her(I don't know her number!). She did not care at all that we drove several hours with two kids and had no clue where to spend night. All she can do was let us stay in our Honda Accord for two night or out. Many campground were full when I reserved the site with KOA. She was rude, every rude. I think she took advantage that I have two yang kids to worry. Finding a place to stay was higher than anything. Other wise, I would fight. Eventually, another campground (which was full) spend time to help us, with many failed tries, finally send us the Moab City visitor center which helped us to find a place to stay.

We went to the moab koa campground in april and had the worst experience iv ever had the camp host was so rude and yelled at us and they kicked us outand dident even care we had children and a baby and no where to go. when your on vacation you dont expect these thigs to happen so if you want to enjoy your vacation DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know exactly what you mean, we stayed here in April of 2009, the owners were the rudest people i have ever mey, they kicked out our entire group with 3 reserved spots because one person in our group left their dog on a leash while walking to the bathroom, no warning or nothing they just told us to get out NOW! and they would not refund any of our money and we paid for 4 nights and we were threw out the first day. i wrote a complaint to the corporate headquarters about it, not only that but the owners wife ""Lila"" was extremely rude to us when first arrived, i definatly would not recomend this place to ANYONE, they will ruin your vacation.
