The owners are friendly, they are doing their best to fix this place up. My lot is great, the price I pay to camp is the best amount I have paid since camping 25 years ago. I like to camp permanent because of the ease to go everyweekend.It is a kid friendly camp, your kids are safe walking around. There is not a lot of drunks walking around like the other campgrounds I have been to.

Electric is 20 years outdated. Bath house is filthy, place turns into a swamp when it rains. Owners love to take your money but are nowhere to be found when you have a problem. Jim has a bad temper and is not a people person. We were seasonals for the past 18 years and have watched him run off most of the seasonals. We were very happy to leave.
