Campground Reviews from Fellow Campers
Campground name:Country Acres
Date of visit (mo/yr):July 2010
Location (city/state):Gordonville, Pennsylvania
Nice campground. The new section has plenty of room for bigger units. A new bath house and laundry was very nice. Fan in bathroom was not running all of the time and the temps were in the 90's so it was pretty hot. The dump station was located at the entrance, so when you are coming in or leaving and someone is using this facility, it requires a wait. Nice pool and not much policing of sites, which can be good if everyone behaves, or bad if you are with some rowdy neighbors. Luckily we were with sedate campers around us. I would stay here again, as we have a fifth wheel and can stay pretty much to ourselves, if we desire. The area can get pretty crowded on the weekends in tourist season as there are many kiddy attractions. Close to shopping and attractions. Campground has a free shuttle to view the Amish countryside.
