My Review

From their Web site, campground looks nice, however we soon realized upon arrival that pictures don't always tell the truth. The one thing my kids really wanted was a pool. The first day we arrived, we were told that the pool was not open, because of problems with the chemicals. So kids could not swim the first day. The second day we drove up to the pool, which is about 300 yards from the nearest campsite, which is way to far for young kids to walk. The pool is very outdated and small. Water was murky and very cloudy. We drove into Nelsonville and went to the community pool instead. The capmpround store had limited hours and hard to rent boats, get firewood, etc. Communication between the couple that run this place and their staff is bad. They made an unauthorized charge on my account! Called to discuss issue and lady still didn't take charge off my card. The only positives were bathrooms were fairly clean and our site was large and shaded. My advice - go elsewhere!
