RV park advertises free Wi-Fi It was so slow that it was unusable. A download speed test showed it to be equivalent to dial-up. A call to the provider's technical support confirmed the very slow speed.
A phone call to the camp promised a heated pool. The pool was not open when we arrived. After a very long delay, the pool availability almost gone for the evening, the pool was finally opened. But, it was not heated as claimed, or the heating system was inadequate. The water was very cold.
I have stayed in KOA campgrounds before and the experience was pleasant. However, I must recommend against this one.
