What gave you the idea to start a camping blog?
All of my blogs are educational in nature with a prompt to visit my camping gear retail website.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. My family did a lot of outdoor activities including camping, fishing, hiking, and hunting. I spent 25 years in the Army and National Guard in the infantry and am currently a retired Airborne Ranger. I have a lot of experience in wilderness survival and enjoy all the outdoor activities of my youth. I’m married with two children and started the family camping experience when our children were young. We always combine hiking, fishing, and swimming with our camping trips. I recently started an on-line camping gear retail store with discounted quality camping tents, gear and accessories to help make the camping experience more enjoyable.
My goal is to share my love of the outdoors by offering quality camping gear at very competitive prices. My blogs are to help people with their camping adventures to be prepared with the right equipment.
